Overview

The REDARC BCDC Alpha25 is a rugged 12V 25A DC-DC battery charger that keeps your caravan, camper trailer or 4WD auxiliary battery topped up from both the vehicle's alternator and solar at the same time. Its Green Power Priority™ prioritises solar input to reduce load on your alternator and save fuel, while the IP67/IP69K rating shields it against dust, mud and high-pressure water. Designed, tested and manufactured in Australia, it charges AGM, gel, calcium, lead-acid and standard or heated LiFePO4 lithium batteries.

Built for Australian conditions, the BCDC Alpha25 suits engine-bay installation in tow vehicles, 4WD tourers, motorhomes and RVs that spend weeks off-grid on corrugated tracks and in dusty outback camps. A push-button start-battery recovery mode can bring a flat cranking battery back to life in as little as 15 minutes, and excess solar can top up the start battery once your house battery is full. Screw terminals and a push-button interface make installation straightforward for your auto electrician, and the RedVision app gives you Bluetooth monitoring from the camp chair.
