Not at the same time. The whole unit tops out at 10A and 2400W across both outlets, and a single kettle or heater will use most of that on its own. Run them one after the other. The push-button breaker trips rather than letting you cook the wiring, and resets with a press.
The mains side is plug and play, since the cord ends in an IEC plug rather than bare conductors, so you are not joining 240V wiring yourself. The physical side is on you: the plate needs a matching hole cut and clear space behind it. Actual mains work still belongs to a licensed sparky.
Because people assume a breaker is the same thing, and it is not. The built-in breaker protects the wiring from an overload. An RCD protects the person holding the appliance. Install this downstream of the RCD protection already in your 240V system and you have both jobs covered.
