What is dual-zone worth in practice?

A whole breakfast at once. Two independently controlled zones across the 73 cm plate let you sear snags hard on one half while eggs and tomatoes sit on a gentler heat on the other, instead of running a single temperature and rotating everything through it in turns.

Is 31.3 kg something I can take camping?

This is a set-and-leave unit. At roughly 31.3 kg it is not going in and out of a 4WD every night. It belongs in a camp kitchen, an annex or a permanent outdoor setup where it lives on a bench and stays there. Two people to move it.

Does 4400 watts mean I need special power?
