A 200A manual-reset circuit breaker for 12–48V DC systems, sized for battery-to-busbar main feeds and large inverter runs. It resets by hand, so a fault costs you a button press rather than a spare fuse you did not pack.

The F-style base mounts on the surface, the body seals to IP67, and it is ignition protected — so it can live in an engine bay or battery box where fuel vapour is a possibility. The push button opens the circuit on demand for isolation; resetting is a separate, deliberate action. Size the cable to the breaker, not to today's load: the breaker protects the cable, so the cable has to carry what the breaker will pass.

Common questions about AllSpark Circuit Breakers - Surface Mount 200A

Will 200A protect my whole 12V system?

It protects the main feed, and nothing else. A 200A breaker sits between the battery and the busbar on 0 B&S cable with 50mm lugs; everything branching off that busbar needs its own smaller protection. Treat it as the trunk breaker and build the branch fusing behind it.

What cable do I actually need?

0 B&S minimum, with 50mm lugs drilled 10mm to suit the 3/8-16 studs. That cable is stiff and heavy, so plan the route first and support it near the breaker. Undersized cable behind a 200A breaker is the most common mistake in a big build.

Is it safe near a lithium bank in a sealed box?

That is the case it is built for. IP67 sealing and ignition protection to SAE J1171 mean it is rated for a closed battery box or an engine bay, and it is certified to ABYC E-11 for marine wiring. Keep the feed short and the terminations tight.
