If your cable is not 0 B&S, yes. This is for battery-to-busbar main feeds and large inverter runs, and it only protects wire heavy enough to match. Fitting a 200A breaker on lighter cable means the wire becomes the fuse, which is the outcome the breaker exists to prevent.
50mm lugs crimped onto 0 B&S cable, which is beyond hand crimpers — a hydraulic crimper or an auto sparky. Then torque the nuts to no more than 5.6 N•m. Heavy cable also wants supporting near the breaker so its weight is not hanging off the studs.
No, and it should not. A 200A breaker protects the heavy feed only; every circuit hanging off the busbar downstream still needs its own fuse or breaker sized to its own thinner cable. One large device at the front is protection for the trunk, not for the branches.
