Outdoor Camping Australia operates a nationwide distribution network, with items shipping from:

Our warehouse in Bendigo, Victoria
Partner supplier warehouses on the East Coast
Partner supplier warehouses on the West Coast

This multi-location approach allows us to provide efficient delivery across Australia. Use our shipping calculator on the product pages for accurate delivery times and costs to your location.

Important Shipping Notes:

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Private Mail Bags or Parcel Lockers
Depot pickup options may be available at reduced rates (contact us to discuss)
Off-mainland deliveries require additional shipping fees (custom quoted)
Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee set by the courier
All shipments managed through our trusted delivery partners including Border Express, VicTas, DHL, StarTrack, AusPost, Sendle and Aramex

Returns

As outlined in our Refund Policy, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which protects consumers by providing certain guaranteed rights when buying goods and services.

You can return items if:

The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality
The product is not fit for its intended purpose
The product does not match the description
You can present proof of purchase

For change of mind returns:

Item must be in original condition with tags attached
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Original proof of purchase required
Return shipping is at customer's expense
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Nortent Warranty & Returns

Limited 24 Month Manufacturer Warranty

Nortent offers a 2-year warranty on all products in accordance with Norwegian consumer laws. This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Faults in materials or workmanship

If you experience issues with your gear, please contact us for support.

However, to set clear expectations, the Noretent warranty does not cover:

Regular wear and tear from normal use
Improper use, including exceeding the maximum weight capacity
Cosmetic damage that does not affect function (e.g., minor scratches, fabric discoloration)
Modifications or alterations made to the product
Residue from duct tape or adhesives, which may void the warranty

⚠ Important Note:
We recommend testing your Noretent within one year of purchase. We cannot help process warranty claims beyond this period.
