The Nortent Vern 2 3S is a very robust two-person tent with plenty of room for two people, their equipment and a spacious area for cooking. Purpose-built for longer hikes deep into the wilderness — far from the safety of cabins, where reliable protection is non-negotiable — it brings the weight down to a remarkable 2.5 kg (without pegs) for the weight-conscious trekker.

A defining feature is its refined structural design: all three poles are engineered as perfect semicircles, emphasising symmetry and geometry while delivering a balanced, aerodynamic profile that stays stable when the wind picks up. The flysheet is Nortent's ARCX-N150 high-performance ripstop silnylon 15D, fully waterproof with a 3000 mm hydrostatic head, over a tough 40D nylon floor rated to 5000 mm. Three 9.6 mm DAC NSL poles form the backbone.
