Common questions
Is 5kW too much for a small camper?
It is more than a small van needs at full noise, which is fine — you run it on low most nights. The catch is that diesel heaters like working, and idling a big unit at minimum for hours can soot up the burner. Run it hot occasionally.
Where does an all-in-one unit like this actually go?
In a locker, under a seat, or in the boot of a camper — anywhere the exhaust can run outside and the intake can draw clean air. The integrated tank means no separate fuel plumbing, but it also means you have to reach the unit to fill it.
How loud is it at night?
Not silent, but easy to sleep through. You hear the blower and a faint tick from the pump inside the case. Sitting the unit on rubber feet rather than hard-mounting it to a floor panel keeps the cabinet from turning your van into a drum, which is where most noise comes from.

Shaun M.Verified buyer
The old diesel heater died after 15 years but these guys had a new one delivered to our local post office in no time, everything included in the kit so I had it installed in 2 hours and it is awesome. Much better than the old one and super modern control panel, even turns down to idle when the temperature in the van reaches the set temp. Highly recommend to friends or anyone looking to install a diesel heater. Thank you very much for fast delivery and a great product.
