Is the 9 litre side big enough to be useful?

It is a small freezer, not a second fridge: 9 litres with only 196 mm of depth, because it sits over the compressor. That is a few days of meat, a bag of ice or the milk. If you need real frozen capacity alongside a fridge, step up a size.

Does running two zones hurt the power draw?

Yes. Averaged at 2.38 amp-hours per hour with one side at +4 and the other at -16, it works noticeably harder than the same cabinet run as a single zone. That is the trade for freezing and chilling at once. Size your battery for the dual-zone figure, not a best case.

Will it fit in a dual cab ute tub?

The 460 mm height is the number that matters, because that is what lets it sit under a hard lid or tonneau in most dual cabs. At 648 long and 401 wide with handles, it leaves room beside it for recovery gear. Check your tub floor for ribs before you measure.
