Genuine Dometic dual thermostat (Dometic part code 2931336016) — the temperature-control sensor that manages BOTH the gas and 240V regulation in Dometic's most common three-way absorption caravan fridges.

Common failure symptoms: fridge runs but doesn't reach temperature, temperature dial has no effect, fridge over-cools or freezes contents, gas burner won't cycle, or 240V mode runs constantly without thermostat-driven shut-off.

This is the dual-mode thermostat — it regulates BOTH gas and 240V circuits in one part. Most common single-failure repair on the RM2553 / RM2453 family.
