You will need to finish it. The door infill is not supplied, so it takes a 3-ply timber or laminate panel cut to match your van's decor. Budget an afternoon with a jigsaw, or have a cabinetmaker cut the panel if your interior is a matched finish.

My fridge is an RM2453 — will this door fit?

Possibly, but verify it. The same family often carries across to the RM2453 and RM2455, yet mounting points changed over the years. Measure your existing door and check the hinge and latch positions against the new one before you take the old one off.

Is replacing the door worth it on an old 90L fridge?

If the fridge still cools properly, yes — a smashed or warped door lets cold out and makes the unit work harder every hour it runs. Common reasons people replace one are travel impact, a broken latch, or tidying up an older van. A dead fridge is a different job.
