Heavy-duty DC circuit protection in a modular format: 5 Midi fuse holders that clip together into one compact block instead of 5 separate holders scattered across a battery box.

The system is compatible with Bussmann LMI "Little Block" fuse panels, so it drops into an existing installation or forms the basis of a new one.

Is 5 holders more than a camper needs?

Depends what is on the roof and under the bonnet. A solar controller, DC-DC charger, inverter, main distribution and a winch or compressor circuit fills 5 quickly. If you are only running a fridge and lights, a smaller block does the job and leaves the bulkhead tidier.

What is the 400A busbar figure limiting?

The total current passing through the shared bar that feeds all 5 holders. Individual holders go to 200A, but the bar is the bottleneck, and so is the cable feeding it. Size that incoming cable for the real combined load and protect it at the battery end.

How do I tell which fuse has blown?

You mostly do not, until you pull them. Midi fuses are not always obvious when they let go, so label every holder as you wire it and carry spares of each rating. A block of 5 unlabelled fuses at dusk in the rain is a miserable way to learn this.
