AL-KO
More than you would think on flat, firm ground, and almost none on a slope. The gearing trades speed for effort, so you are moving at a slow walk and it takes a while. Loose gravel, sand and a rising driveway are where it runs out of puff.
It can, since it comes with its own clamp, but most people run both. A mover is heavier at 10kg and slower to wind, so it is annoying to use for routine hitching. A second clamp on the drawbar lets you keep the standard wheel and fit this only when you need it.
Anyone with a straight, level drive and a tow vehicle that can back in. A mover earns its place when the van lives down a side path, in a tight shed or on a site you cannot reverse into. If you can reverse to the spot, save the weight.
