Nortent offers a 2-year warranty on all products in accordance with Norwegian consumer laws. This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Faults in materials or workmanship

If you experience issues with your gear, please contact us for support.

However, to set clear expectations, the Noretent warranty does not cover:

Regular wear and tear from normal use
Improper use, including exceeding the maximum weight capacity
Cosmetic damage that does not affect function (e.g., minor scratches, fabric discoloration)
Modifications or alterations made to the product
Residue from duct tape or adhesives, which may void the warranty

I’ve been wanting to invest in a top-tier tent for a long time now. My research had me lusting after a Nortent, initially the Vern 1 (probably the PC one), but eventually decided on the Vern 2 instead. I don’t bushwalk anymore, and expect to use the tent from my Ute or on my canoe and motorcycle adventures, so size and weight aren’t an issue. Gotta say, this thing is brilliant. I’m so happy with my choice, this thing is a tank. Plenty of room for me and all my stuff, everything extremely well built and every detail well thought out. It’ll certainly see me out and then I’m sure my son will get many more years out of it. I love it already 🤗 Super happy with the buying experience with Camping Australia. They were very patient, accommodating and efficient with my purchase. I’ll definitely be back 👍👍👍

I recently took my Vern 2 on a two week trek and it has been everything I had hoped for. It handled some heavy winds like a champ, and felt very secure in some of the harsh conditions. It was the perfect for my partner and I with our extra gear we loved the space keeping it all dry and out of the rain. This tent is definitely for those of us who don’t want to compromise on quality. I highly recommend it.
