If you want a secure grip for the stakes in snow and sand, you need stakes that ensures the possibility of a grip under just such conditions. Ordinary stakes simply do not deliver when the ground consists of sand or snow. You need stakes with considerable length and width in such a way that they provide an appropriate grip in the loose soil.

These stakes have a 50 cm cord attached where the stakes are dug horizontal into the snow/ sand. They will then provide an optimal grip to secure your tent firmly to the surface.

A tent peg should be strong, endure a lot of stress, but at the same time be somewhat flexible so that it bends instead of breaking straight by too much stress. Our stakes are therefore made of an aluminum alloy in the 7000 series. This is perhaps the market's strongest aluminum alloy, where our alloy has a degree of 7001 aluminum.. This is a degree of aluminum that promotes what we believe are important properties of a tent peg. Strong, but at the same time somewhat flexible.
