Camping Australia
Between 30 and 35 PSI, checked with a gauge rather than a thumb. Run it soft and the tyre squirms under load and can roll on the rim; run it hard and you lose the cushioning you bought a pneumatic for. It takes a standard Schrader valve, so any servo air hose works.
Only if your axle measures 1 inch. That is a common size on bigger garden and utility carts, but plenty of hand trolleys run smaller. Measure the axle itself rather than the old hub, because the bore is the one dimension that has to be exact for the wheel to sit right.
Up to 150 kg per wheel at the correct pressure, and that last part is the catch. A soft tyre loses a chunk of that rating and starts to squirm under a heavy cart. Spread the load across the bed instead of stacking it on one side and the wheels will last.
