BlueSolar PWM Charge Controller (DUO)

Victron Bluesolar Duo is a PWM two battery controller for RVs, caravans, boats.
Designed for 20 amps at 12 volts DC.
An opitional remote meter can be purchased which may be mounted in or on a wall, and displays digital image and status information about the solar power system.
Charges two separate batteries. For example the starter battery and the service battery of a boat or mobile home
Programmable charge current ratio (standard setting: equal current to both batteries)
Charge voltage settings for three battery types (Gel, AGM and Flooded)
Internal temperature sensor and optional remote temperature sensor
Protected against over current
Protected against short circuit
Protected against reverse polarity connection of the solar panels and/or battery

Off-mainland deliveries require additional shipping fees (custom quoted)
Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee set by the courier
All shipments managed through our trusted delivery partners including Border Express, VicTas, DHL, StarTrack, AusPost, Sendle and Aramex

Returns

As outlined in our Refund Policy, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which protects consumers by providing certain guaranteed rights when buying goods and services.

You can return items if:

The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality
The product is not fit for its intended purpose
The product does not match the description
You can present proof of purchase

For change of mind returns:

Item must be in original condition with tags attached
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Original proof of purchase required
Return shipping is at customer's expense
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Our team will assess your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.

Note: Do not open a PayPal dispute, as this may delay the resolution process. Please follow the official claim process for quicker results.

We recommend testing your purchased product within one year of purchase. We cannot help process warranty claims beyond this period.
