Will it suit my wall thickness?

It is made to suit a range of standard caravan wall thicknesses, but measure yours before you cut anything, because sandwich panel vans vary and a clamp ring short by a few millimetres will never seal. Measure at several points, as walls are rarely dead even.

Does tinted acrylic scratch easily?

Acrylic is softer than glass, so yes. Grit and a dry cloth will haze it over a season. Wash it with plenty of water and a soft cloth, never a squeegee on a dusty pane, and keep solvent-based cleaners well away from the glazing and the seals.

Will it keep dust out on dirt roads?

The perimeter rebate seal and the positive lock do that work, and they do it well if the window is shut and properly latched before you set off. A sliding window left on the latch will breathe dust in all day, and no seal design fixes that.
