Does the window come with it?
No. This is the internal blind and screen cassette only, sized to suit a 1000 x 430mm opening. It will not help a crazed pane or a frame that leaks. What it fixes is sagging fabric, a torn mesh and a blind that no longer stays where you put it.
How do I confirm mine is this size?
Measure the aperture, the hole in the wall, not the outside of the white frame. Do it in two places while you are there. A van that has covered some rough kilometres can have a window that is a touch out of square, and the narrowest measurement is the one that matters.
What does day and night actually mean?
You get both fabrics on the one cassette: a light filtering pleat that cuts glare while keeping the van bright, and a blackout pleat for sleeping or for a hot afternoon. Pulling the blackout across at midday is the simplest way to take the edge off cabin heat.
