Left-hand sink or right?

Work out which way you move in your van. Left-hand means the sink sits on the left as you face the unit, so you want your drainer and bench space to that side and the door out of the way. Getting it backwards makes a small kitchen feel smaller.

Is a 7.5 litre sink big enough?

For camp washing-up, yes, if you adjust how you do it. A 7.5 litre bowl will not take a roasting tray, so pans get wiped and rinsed rather than soaked. Most people end up washing in a tub outside anyway and using the sink for rinsing.

What do I need sorted before installation day?

The cut-out at 962 x 389 mm, a 12V feed to the ignition, the gas run, and the drain. That cut-out is the measurement you cannot undo, so mark and check it twice. Book the gasfitter for the connection; the rest is carpentry you can do yourself.
