A two-tread 12V-powered entry step for taller caravan entrances, extending and retracting automatically for effortless access. This is the right-hand motor orientation — check your van's door swing and step recess before ordering.

Common questions

How do I know whether I need right-hand orientation?

Look under your van at the step recess before you order. The motor sits to a side, and a water tank, chassis rail or plumbing run on that side will stop it mounting square. Measure the clear space either side of the opening and match it to the orientation, not to your door swing alone.

Is a double step overkill if a single already works?

Only if your doorway is low. Measure the rise from ground to sill: a single tread across a tall entrance leaves a big step at the top or the bottom, and the double splits that into two manageable rises. Tall vans and tired knees are why it exists.

What happens if I drive off with it extended?

You tear it off on a driveway lip, and the mount takes the damage with it. Get into a habit: step retracts, then the door locks, every time. Some owners run a warning buzzer or a dash reminder. Check underneath before you pull out of a bush camp as well.
