555 mm tall, will that still fit a ute tub?

That is the one to measure. At 555 mm it is taller than the low-profile fridges in the range, so a hard lid or a low tonneau may not clear it. In a canopy, a wagon or a caravan boot it is fine. Measure before you plan the fit-out.

How much more power does running both zones use?

Plan on 2.9 amp-hours per hour average, which is a real load compared with a single-zone box of similar size. Freezing 24 litres while chilling 45 means the compressor works most of the time. Pair it with lithium and solar, or a good DC-DC charger and long drive days.

Is 24 litres of freezer enough for a long trip?

For two people, comfortably: a week of meat and bread with room for ice. For a family on a fortnight in the bush it fills fast, and you will be rationing by the second week. The 45 litre fridge side is the generous half of this pairing.
