An inline MC4 fuse rated 15A at 1000V DC, for protecting individual solar panels in a string. Fit one on the positive cable of each panel before connecting that panel to another in series or parallel — without it, a fault in one panel can be back-fed by every other panel on the array.

The 15A fuse suits any panel with a short-circuit current (Isc) up to 12 amps. Check the Isc on your panel's label rather than guessing from its wattage.
