Glacio
For a couple on weekends, yes. You will run it half empty and lose the floor space for nothing. For a family touring for weeks between supply towns, or anyone who buys meat in bulk and freezes it, 125 litres is where you stop rationing the esky.
Plan your power first. A 125 litre upright cycling in summer heat is a real load on a house battery, so it suits vans with a decent bank and panels, or powered sites. If you are running a single starter battery and no solar, run it on 240V.
Not while moving. An upright cabinet with shelves and door bins is built to stand still, and opening the door on a slope sends the contents everywhere. Strap it in for transit, run it at camp. If you want a fridge you load while driving, a chest-style unit suits better.
