Overview

The ASMOKE Essential is a battery-powered portable pellet smoker and grill that lets you cook real wood-fired food well away from the powerpoint. A removable 95 Wh battery delivers around 8 to 10 hours of low-and-slow cooking and recharges via USB-C, while dual sensors and an upgraded PID controller hold temperature steady between 82°C and 260°C. The built-in 5-inch 720p touchscreen and Wi-Fi app control put every cook at your fingertips, and ASCA steam-assisted cooking keeps meat juicy.

Built for Australian campers, caravanners and 4WD adventurers, the Essential is compact enough to travel in the boot of the tow vehicle, the caravan front boot or the back of the ute, and sized to sit on a two-unit IGT-style camp table.
