The Nortent Varde 2 is built for those who chase adventure in wild, untamed places. Engineered for durability and confidence in harsh 4-season conditions, it stands strong across rugged mountains, remote plateaus and windswept valleys — a highly robust shelter for two people seeking real adventure far from the beaten path. This is a tent for living with the elements, not against them.

With a streamlined, wind-cutting profile and generous anchoring options, the Varde 2 holds its ground when the weather turns fierce. The flysheet is a waterproof ripstop silnylon 30D (HH 3000 mm) over an exceptionally tough 70D nylon floor rated to a class-leading 10,000 mm hydrostatic head, and every exposed stress point is reinforced with one of the world's strongest fibres for unmatched reliability.

Four 10.25 mm DAC NSL poles, 16 Dyneema guylines and 20 aluminium Y-pegs anchor it through serious weather. With practice you'll have a secure camp pitched in 5–6 minutes, and it packs to 45 × 20 cm at a minimum weight of 3.9 kg. An optional Varde 2 footprint is available to further protect the floor.

Nortent offers a 2-year warranty on all products in accordance with Norwegian consumer laws. This warranty covers:

However, to set clear expectations, the Noretent warranty does not cover:

Regular wear and tear from normal use
Improper use, including exceeding the maximum weight capacity
Cosmetic damage that does not affect function (e.g., minor scratches, fabric discoloration)
Modifications or alterations made to the product
Residue from duct tape or adhesives, which may void the warranty
