Overview

The Vango F10 Hydrogen Air is the world's lightest AirBeam® tent at just 0.60 kg, making it a genuine game-changer for ultralight Australian adventurers. Built around a single AirBeam® with Carbon Fibre Upright technology, the tent pitches in minutes using nothing more than a standard bike pump or a CO₂ cartridge via its Schrader valve — no wrestling with bendy poles in a howling gale. The flysheet is crafted from Protex 7D double-silicone fabric rated to 2000 mm hydrostatic head, while the breathable 7D inner and 10D ripstop nylon PU groundsheet complete a twin-skin construction that refuses to compromise on protection despite weighing less than a water bottle. Packed down it measures just 20 cm × 10 cm, fitting easily in a jersey pocket or the top-pocket of a 25-litre pack.

Designed for solo Australian adventurers who move fast and travel light, the F10 Hydrogen Air excels on multi-day bikepacking expeditions, alpine ridge walks, and remote off-road 4WD hikes where every gram counts. The Vango TBS II Tension Band System keeps the structure rock-solid in the changeable conditions you'll encounter from the Snowy Mountains to Cape York, while a usable porch offers sheltered storage for muddy boots and wet gear. Whether you're tackling the Australian Alps in early season snow, chasing singletrack across the Flinders Ranges, or wild-camping on a remote coastal route, this tent delivers genuine four-season performance in a package that weighs less than most people's breakfast.
