Common questions
Why a foot pump rather than a twist collar?
Because you can drop or raise the top with both hands full and a loaded table on it. That is the whole argument: turning a dinette into a bed at the end of the night without first clearing every plate and cup off the top.
Will it actually work for a bed conversion in my van?
The slide and turntable let you shift the top sideways and swing it so it drops between the seat bases. Whether that lands neatly depends on your cushion layout and infill size, so measure your seat gap and cushion thickness before you commit to this leg.
Does a sliding leg rattle on dirt roads?
Any mechanism with a slide has somewhere to move, so yes, it can talk to you on corrugations. Push the slide hard to its stop and set the height down before you drive, and plan on nipping up the mounting fasteners after your first rough trip.

Returns
