Is 23.4 kg a problem on a fridge slide?

It is the number to check against your slide rating, because loaded you are adding drinks and ice on top. At 652 by 412 by 488 mm it needs a full-size slide rather than a small one. The protective corners help when it is sliding in and out on corrugations.

Is the USB port any use?

More than you would expect at camp. It is a 5V outlet on the fridge, which is usually already wired to your best power source, so phone, head torch and camera all charge there. It will not run a laptop, but it saves a cable run across the vehicle.

Does 65 cans mean I can fit a carton and food?

Not at the same time. 65 cans is the figure with the baskets out and nothing else in the box. A real trip is drinks in the bottom, food in the baskets and well short of that can count. Plan for food or drinks as the priority, not both.
