Overview

Fresh design, superior energy efficiency: this smart compressor refrigerator provides an ample 113L of cool storage. An elegant frameless door integrates a dark silver front panel and a full-width handle. The removable 8.2L freezer compartment lets you convert the whole cabinet to refrigeration, or keep it for short-term frozen storage.

Common questions

There is no 240 V input — is that a problem at a powered site?

Only if your van has no charger. It runs on 12/24 V DC, so on mains you are feeding the battery through the charger and the fridge keeps running off the battery as normal. Most modern vans are wired exactly that way already.

Is an 8.2 litre freezer big enough to be useful?

It holds ice, a couple of meals and some bread — not a week of frozen meat. That is why it lifts out: pull the compartment and you get 116 litres of straight refrigeration. Decide which way you travel and set it up before you leave.

What do I need to check before cutting the cabinetry?

Three things: the 52.5 x 56.8 x 74.5 cm body, which side you want the door hinged, and ventilation. The hinge is reversible so that one is easy. Airflow behind the unit is the one people get wrong, and a hot cavity makes any compressor work harder.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you suspect a manufacturing defect with your Dometic product, follow these steps:

Contact Us or Your Retailer: Reach out to Camping Australia at contact@campingaustralia.com.au (if purchased from us), the retailer where you bought the product, or your local Dometic branch (find details at dometic.com/dealer). Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Return for Inspection: Include your receipt and a note explaining the problem when sending the product back.
Assessment: Dometic will evaluate the product. If the issue is covered, they’ll repair or replace it at their discretion.

Consumer Rights

Australia Only:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
