Manufacturer Warranty
DJI offers a 3-year warranty on Power series products, such as the DJI Power 1000, DJI Power 2000, Expansion Battery 2000, chargers, solar panels, and accessories, starting from the day after you receive the product (as shown on your invoice). This warranty can be extended by an additional 2 years (up to 5 years total) by registering your product via the DJI Home app or scanning the QR code provided with your purchase. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults in materials or workmanship
Warranty Periods:
-
0 to 3 Years (All Products): Defective products are repaired or replaced, with parts and labor covered by DJI; return shipping may be at the buyer's expense after initial assessment.
-
3 to 5 Years (With Extension): Products with manufacturer faults are repaired or replaced, with parts and labor covered by DJI; return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
If you encounter an issue with your DJI product, please contact us for assistance. Extended warranties apply only if registered as per DJI's instructions.

Note: These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights under local consumer laws.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you suspect a manufacturing defect with your DJI product, stop using it and follow these steps:
-
Contact Camping Australia: Reach out to us at contact@campingaustralia.com.au. Provide your original proof of purchase (e.g., invoice), a written explanation of the issue, and photos/videos if possible.
-
Return for Assessment: Return the product to us at your expense (unless covered under the initial warranty period). We’ll coordinate with DJI for assessment. Additional information may be requested to support your claim.
-
Decision: DJI will determine if the claim is valid. For valid claims, they may repair or replace the product at their discretion. You’ll be notified in writing. If invalid, you’ll need to arrange collection at your expense or authorize disposal.
