Will it fit where my old inlet was?

Often, but check first. Most caravan inlets share a similar footprint, though cut-outs and screw centres vary between brands and eras. Measure your existing hole before the old one comes off. A replacement slightly smaller than the opening it covers is a sealing headache forever.

Who has to wire it up?

A licensed electrician. This is the mains side of the caravan, and beyond mounting and sealing there is no legal do-it-yourself part in Australia. It is a short job for a sparky, and it happens to be the exact spot where a poor connection does the most damage.
