Overview

Cook wood-fired food and keep everything cold from the one setup. The ASMOKE Essential bundle pairs a battery-powered portable pellet grill and smart smoker with a 47L compressor mini fridge that cools down to -20°C. The grill offers 271 sq in (1,748 cm²) of cooking space, a 5-inch 720p touchscreen, dual-sensor PID temperature control from 82°C to 260°C and ASCA steam-assisted cooking, which ASMOKE says cooks up to 3x faster. A 5lb bag of apple wood pellets is included so you can start cooking straight away.

This bundle suits caravanners, campers and 4WD tourers who want a proper outdoor kitchen without relying on a powered site. The removable rechargeable battery gives roughly 8 to 10 hours of low-and-slow cooking, and it can be recharged via USB-C or run from a compatible charger while you cook. The fridge's 50mm insulation and painted metal cabinet are built for hot Australian conditions, and its low power draw suits dual-battery off-road rigs. It also works well for fishing trips, tailgating, motorhome getaways and backyard entertaining.
