Overview

The ASMOKE Essential is a battery-powered smart pellet grill that gives you real wood-fired flavour well away from the powerpoint. A removable rechargeable battery delivers 8-10 hours of low-and-slow cooking, while ASCA steam-smoking technology cooks up to 3x faster and locks in extra moisture. Dual sensors and PID temperature control hold a steady 82-260°C, and the 5-inch 720p touchscreen and app control keep every cook easy to monitor. This Pitmaster Bundle adds a stainless steel smoke tube, heavy-duty meat claws, 10 stainless skewers and a 9kg (20lb) bag of 100% pure applewood pellets.

Built for the way Australians actually travel, the Essential suits caravan parks, bush camps, 4WD trips and RV getaways where a mains-powered smoker simply isn't practical. Its 271 sq. in. cooking area handles ribs, burgers, whole chickens and veggies for the whole camp, and its compact footprint is sized for a two-unit IGT-style camp kitchen table. Back home it works just as well on the patio, and the included accessories mean you can smoke a brisket, shred pulled pork and thread up kebabs straight out of the box, whether you're touring in a motorhome or setting up beside the ute.
