Overview

Tycab 6mm twin core cable is a heavy-duty 12V/24V DC cable built for serious power runs in caravans, campers and 4WDs. Each core carries 4.59mm² of oxygen-free plain copper in a fine 57/0.32mm strand construction, rated to 38A at 30°C, so it handles fridges, chargers and accessory circuits while staying flexible enough to route around chassis rails and cabinetry.

The red and black cores are insulated in V90 PVC and sit inside a tough black 5V90 PVC outer sheath, both to AS/NZS 3808. That keeps polarity clear and adds abrasion resistance on rough Australian tracks. It suits trailer wiring, Anderson plug leads using 10/12AWG contacts, battery feeds and solar and generator connections in your caravan, camper trailer, motorhome or off-road tourer. It is sold per metre, so you buy exactly the length your rig needs.
