Overview

Tycab's 4mm single core red auto cable is a general-purpose 12/24V DC wire built from oxygen-free plain copper with tough V90 PVC insulation. With a 1.84 mm² conductor and a 28 amp rating, it carries enough current for most caravan, camper trailer and 4WD accessory circuits. Tycab has manufactured automotive cable in Australia for over 30 years, and the red insulation makes positive runs easy to identify.

This cable suits the wiring jobs Australian campers and caravanners do all the time: running power to fridges, LED lighting, water pumps, USB sockets and driving lights, or wiring up a camper trailer, motorhome or ute canopy. It is a good choice for DIY 12V upgrades, auxiliary battery installs and RV rewiring where a reliable, flexible, single-core cable is needed for the long haul on rough outback roads.
