2 Door Gas Smoker

The Hark 2 Door Gas Smoker (HK0522W) brings genuine low-and-slow BBQ results to your campsite, caravan setup, or backyard — no charcoal mess, no temperature guesswork. A stainless steel LPG burner with piezo automatic ignition fires up in seconds, while three adjustable dampers and a built-in lid thermometer give you precise command over smoke levels and cooking temperatures across four 350 mm × 300 mm adjustable shelves. Whether you're smoking a whole brisket or a rack of ribs, the dual-door design lets you reload wood chips or top up the water pan without disturbing your cooking chamber.

This vertical gas smoker is purpose-built for Australian outdoor cooks who want restaurant-quality smoked meats on the road or at the campground. It connects directly to a standard Australian LPG gas bottle (hose and regulator included), making it a natural fit for caravanners, RV travellers, and 4WD adventurers who already carry gas for their camp kitchen. The enamel-coated wood chip box handles all hardwood smoking chips — try ironbark, cherry, or hickory — and the enamel water pan locks in moisture for fall-off-the-bone results every time. Compact enough for a camp kitchen, capable enough for competition-style cooks at home.
