Smoked Cobbler Recipe
3 cups fresh blackberries
1¼ cups granulated sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup half-and-half cream
½ cup melted butter
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Recommended wood chips: Apple
- Preheat smoker to 175°C.
- Grease an aluminum tray and place the blackberries on the bottom of the tray.
- In a medium bowl, stir together sugar and flour. Add cream and melted butter and mix until combined. Pour mixture over berries.
- Place the pan in the smoker and smoke for 1 hour or until golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy with ice cream!
