Smoked Chicken Wings Recipe
1.8 kg chicken wings
1 bottle Italian dressing
Favourite dry rub
- The day before, clean and separate the wings into wingettes and drumettes. Place them in a freezer bag overnight with one bottle of Italian dressing.
- The day of, give the wings a quick rinse in a colander to remove excess dressing. Place the wings in a clean freezer bag and add a liberal amount of your favourite rub. Toss to coat all wings.
- To cook, put the wings in the smoker on high heat, 150-160°C. Cook the wings for 1-1½ hours.
