Lach's Gourmet Rissoles
Gourmet Rissoles
- 500 gm Coarsley minced steak
- 150 gm finely diced mushrooms
- One large onion finely chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbs plum or tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs for coating
- * Plus your choice of fillings for hamburger, tomato, lettuce, bacon, beetroot etc
Preparation
Gourmet Rissoles Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form into patties and roll in breadcrumbs..
- Grill on a medium-hot barbecue about 15 minutes until cooked.
- Serve in hamburger bun or between two slices of lightly toasted Vienna loaf
