Limited 12 Month Manufacturer Warranty

Haven Tents guarantee the function as intended out of the box. If you experience issues with your gear, please contact us for support.

However, to set clear expectations, the Haven Tent warranty does not cover:

• Regular wear and tear from normal use
• Improper use, including exceeding the maximum weight capacity
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function (e.g., minor scratches, fabric discoloration)
• Modifications or alterations made to the product
• Residue from duct tape or adhesives, which may void the warranty

⚠ Important Note:
We recommend testing your Haven Tent within one year of purchase. We cannot help process warranty claims beyond this period.
