One decent shower. After that the tank needs time — recovery is 21L/hr at a 45°C rise, so allow the better part of an hour before the next person goes in. Short showers and a tap you turn off while soaping stretch it a long way further.
Not for hot water. It runs on 240V only, so you need a powered site, a generator or an inverter big enough for the 1440W element. If most of your nights are off grid, a gas or dual-fuel unit suits you better than this one.
It draws 6A on its own, which is a fair slice of a park's supply. Run it at the same time as a kettle, a heater and an air conditioner and you will find the limit. Heat the water while the big loads are off and you will be fine.
