Overview

An oscillating caravan fan with an integrated light and dual USB outputs (A and C), controlled by remote for easy adjustment from your seat. A cool-running, multi-function fitting for the caravan living area.

Common questions

Will this be enough to sleep through a hot night?

It moves air over you, and that is what makes heat bearable — it does not drop the temperature inside the van. Up north on a still night you will still want a roof hatch or air conditioning. Further south, air moving across the bunk is usually enough.

Does running the fan stop me charging?

No, the fan and the charging outputs work at the same time. Both draw from the same house battery, though, so a fan running all night alongside phones on charge will pull more than people allow for when they are camped off grid.

Where is the best spot to fit it?

Over the living area rather than directly above the bunk. The remote means you can sit it where the airflow sweeps the whole space and still change speed from your chair. The white finish blends into a pale ceiling, which most van interiors have from the factory.
