Key features

One kit covers tyres, gas bottle and temperature monitoring
All sensors report wirelessly to the free BMPRO app
Simple DIY installation with the included toolkit
Expandable — add further sensors to the same system later

Overview

The complete BMPRO SmartConnect starter kit — two SmartPressure tyre sensors, one SmartSense gas bottle monitor and one SmartTemp temperature sensor, all reporting into the free BMPRO app via Bluetooth. A one-box way to add full wireless monitoring to a BMPRO Smart RV system.

Common questions

Will this work with just my phone?

No. The sensors talk to a BMPRO control module, and the app reads the module, not the sensors directly. If your van does not already run a compatible BMPRO system, this kit has nothing to report to, so check what is behind your wall panel first.

Is two tyre sensors enough?

Only for a single-axle van. A tandem needs four, and if you want the spare monitored you need another again. The kit is a starting point rather than a finished set-up, so work out your wheel count before deciding whether this covers you.

What is the temperature sensor actually good for?

Watching the fridge, mostly. Park it in the fridge or the freezer and you can see from your phone whether the van kept its cool while you were out, which is the difference between finding out now and finding out at dinner. Some people use it in the boot instead.
