Olive has a unique and enjoyable flavour. It isn’t too overpowering and is great with white meat. It works fantastically with any Mediterranean flavoured recipes. Add some olive wood to your pizza oven to add some extra smoke flavour.
Chunks are best used in mid-sized smokers and BBQs, such as kettle BBQs, bullet smokers and Kamado style cookers.
Where possible all wood is sourced from pesticide free orchards, therefore there may be some evidence of insect damage on some of our wood. Unique, enjoyable smoke flavour, not too overpowering, good with white meat. Fantastic in any Mediterranean flavoured recipes.
