These Medium toasted American Oak ‘Beans’ are usually used in the wine industry to impart a particular flavour profile to wine. We’ve managed to get them before hitting the wine vats and are a perfect addition to your BBQ.

These beans are perfect for those who want a subtle smoke influence in their BBQ. Sprinkle a handful along a snake or use them in a smoker box on your gas bbq! The smell of these in the hand is much like chocolate and vanilla. They smell amazing and we think they will help you create some amazing BBQ.
