Limited 12 Month Manufacturer Warranty

At Camping Australia, we stand by the quality and innovation of Masterbuilt products. Masterbuilt warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper assembly, normal use, and recommended care.

Warranty Coverage:

• Standard Warranty: Masterbuilt products are warranted for 1 year from the date of original retail purchase.

Warranty Terms:

• Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies solely to the original purchaser.
• To be eligible for warranty service, your product must be registered and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt).
• If a defect in material or workmanship is discovered during the warranty period under normal use, Masterbuilt will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair the defective component at no cost to you (parts only; labor and related service costs are excluded).
• Masterbuilt covers shipping charges on warranty parts.

Exclusions – What Is Not Covered:

• Damage from regular wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (e.g., minor scratches, fabric discoloration)
• Damage due to improper use, assembly, maintenance, or exceeding the product’s maximum weight capacity
• Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, unauthorised modifications, or the use of non-approved accessories (including residue from duct tape or other adhesives)
• Commercial use of the product

Important Note:

We recommend testing your Masterbuilt product within one year of purchase. We are unable to process warranty claims after the warranty period expires.
