A 6.5-inch cut-out is the common size in vans and boats, but check the mounting depth behind the panel and the screw pattern before you pull the old ones out. Door skins and cabinet walls swallow depth fast, and a speaker that fouls a frame will not sit flush.
A head unit will drive them at sensible volumes. The 50W RMS rating is the ceiling, not a requirement, and at 91dB sensitivity they are reasonably easy to drive. Add an amp when you want them heard over wind, road noise or an outboard.
Bass. Response starts at 80Hz, which is normal for a 6.5-inch driver and means kick drum and low end drop away. If you want weight under the music, plan for a subwoofer rather than expecting these to find notes that are not there.
