The Dometic Thermo Bottle 660ml is the full-day version of Dometic's vacuum-insulated stainless steel bottle: hot for 12 hours, cold for 24. At 73 mm across it still fits a standard cup holder, but the 660 ml capacity covers a day's walking or a long drive without a refill. Double-wall stainless steel body and lid, leak-proof screw cap with a carry handle, and a wide mouth for ice cubes and easy cleaning.

A good match for the campervan console, the tinnie or the kids' packs. Dishwasher safe and BPA free. Available in Moss (sage green), Ore (dark grey) and Glow (yellow).

Common questions about Dometic Thermo Bottle 660ml

Will it actually fit my ute's cup holder?

Yes. The barrel is 73 mm across, which is standard cup holder territory, so it drops into most utes, vans and tinnies. The height is what to watch: at 259 mm tall it will foul a low console lid or a shallow door pocket. Measure the clearance above the holder first.

Does the 12 hour hot rating hold up in the real world?

That figure assumes you fill it and leave it shut. Every crack of the cap dumps heat, so a bottle opened all day will be warm rather than hot by dark. Fill it with boiling water, cap it straight away, and the 12 hours is realistic.

Bottle or tumbler for a day walk?

Take the bottle. It seals, the tumbler does not, so this is the one that goes in a pack on its side without soaking your lunch. The trade is bulk and 0.38 kg empty before you add anything. Around camp, a cup you can drink from beats a screw cap.
