Overview

The ASMOKE Essential is a battery-powered smart pellet grill that lets you cook real wood-fired food well away from the powerpoint. A rechargeable 95Wh battery delivers up to 8 hours of low-and-slow cooking, and it recharges via USB-C in about 1.8 hours. A 5-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi app control and dual-sensor PID temperature control hold steady heat from 82°C to 260°C across 271 sq. in. of cooking area.

Built for Australian campers, caravanners and 4WD adventurers, the Essential is compact enough for the back of the tourer, the camper trailer or the motorhome locker, and it is sized for a two-unit IGT-style camp kitchen table. Cook ribs, burgers, snags, roast vegetables or a whole chook at a bush camp, beach site or caravan park, then clean up fast thanks to the automatic ash collection system.
